[Right, this isn't Mewni, or Earth, but at least it's not the hell box of endless boredom! Star can finally see the sky again!
And she has her wand back! Oh man, it's been too long since she's used any real magic that didn't end badly.]
All right, time to kick thing off with a NARWHAL BLAST!
[She raises her wand into the air and...!!! Nothing happens.]
I said... NARWHAL BLAST!
[Nada. Star shakes the wand impatiently.]
Hey, what gives?
B
[So she can't leave, and she can't use her magic. Star's trying not to panic as she scurries from one part of the city to another in search of an exit. There's gotta be SOME way outta here, right?
She's investigating the Magic Kingdom when she comes across a sight that is entirely too familiar, and not in a good way.]
Ohhhh, you have gotta be kidding me...

[Some time has passed, and although Star is unhappy that she STILL can't go home or use her magic, this place at least doesn't have any horrible murder or demons or blood rituals as far as she can tell. At least she gets to ride the rides as much as she wants, and some of them are actually fun!
Also, she has a job! Which... she wasn't all that jazzed about at first, but when she found out she'd be working in a candy store, she was all about it. She just has to be careful not to eat all the stuff she's supposed to be selling.
Today they have a selection of teddy bear-shaped chocolates on display, and Star is ignoring you while staring longingly at them, muttering to herself.]
They're sooo cute... maybe I can just take one, and nobody'll notice...
D
[Today, Star has noticed something about her magic band. Namely, a little cartoon narwhal has appeared on it.]
No way, it couldn't be... could it?
[Only one way to find out. She summons her magic wand and holds it aloft!]
NARWHAL BLAST!
[The wand glows, and a blast of glittering light and adorable narwhals shoot from it.]
It worked! IT ACTUALLY WORKED! MY MAGIC'S BACK!
[Star lets out a high pitched shriek of glee as tiny narwhals bounce around her.]
